Before you start
- Identify the asset requiring maintenance
- Confirm you have the necessary parts and tools
Execution Workflow
- Create a Work Order and assign a priority (Low, Medium, High, Emergency).
- Link the Work Order to the correct Asset from the registry.
- Assign an owner or a team to the task.
- Record execution steps, including parts consumed and labor hours.
- Attach evidence (photos, readings) directly to the order.
- Change status to "Closed" to post the history to the asset ledger.

Common mistakes
- Closing orders without attaching required completion evidence
- Forgetting to record labor hours for accurate MTTR reporting
- Assigning work to technicians who are currently unavailable
