Sites, scope, and data visibility
How FLUXO uses site scope to control data access and operational focus.

Before you start
- Log in to your FLUXO workspace
- Locate the site switcher in the top navigation bar
The Site Switcher
The site switcher is the primary control for data visibility in FLUXO. It determines which assets, work orders, and inspections you see in your current view. Most users are assigned to one or more specific sites, while managers may have access to "All Sites".
Operational Rules
- Use a specific site for create and edit actions to ensure data integrity.
- Use All Sites for read-only cross-site reviews and reporting.
- Re-check filters after site changes because lists refresh automatically with the new scope.

Common mistakes
- Trying to create records while in "All Sites" scope
- Forgetting to switch sites when moving between physical locations
