Privacy and data handling
What we collect
NUNZIAJO Ltd (trading as HTECH Global) collects contact and account information — including name, email address, company name, and role — to respond to enquiries, deliver product demonstrations, provision FLUXO workspaces, and support active customers.
How we use it
Customer data submitted through FLUXO is processed solely to deliver maintenance, inspection, compliance, and reporting workflows. Access is controlled by customer-managed user roles inside the application. We do not sell customer data.
Who we share it with
We use the following trusted sub-processors: Supabase (database infrastructure), Sentry (anonymous error monitoring), Stripe (billing and payments), and Google Analytics (website usage). Each is bound by its own data processing terms. Access to implementation and operational data is otherwise limited to HTECH Global personnel involved in onboarding, support, product operations, and security.
Data retention
Account and operational data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus 12 months, unless a shorter period is requested. Error monitoring logs are anonymised and retained for 90 days.
