Configure your initial site and company structure.

Who this is for

System Administrators.

Before you start

  • Confirm your legal entity name and primary currency
  • Identify the list of sites or physical locations to be managed
  • Ensure you have Administrative permissions enabled

Workflow

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization.
  2. Enter your organization metadata, including name, logo, and time zone.
  3. Define your Site Structure by adding sites and sub-locations.
  4. Configure primary contact details and notification escalation rules.
  5. Save and validate the configuration across all modules.
