Reporting Workflow

FLUXO reports read directly from the operational ledger, eliminating the need for manual reconstruction.

1. Navigate to the Reports module.
2. Select a report template (e.g., MTTR, PM Compliance, Cost Summary).
3. Apply date and site filters to narrow the data set.
4. Preview the totals and trend lines in the interactive dashboard.
5. Export the report as a signed PDF or CSV file for formal reviews.

• Review the Compliance Snapshot for audit readiness
• Share performance trends with site supervisors

Common mistakes

• Using inconsistent date filters when comparing site performance
• Assuming "All Sites" data is always representative of individual site risks
• Ignoring the "Data Quality" score in the report header
