Everything you need to know about accessing your FLUXO workspace for the first time.

Who this is for
All users logging into a new FLUXO account.
Before you start
- Locate your invitation email with your workspace URL
- Ensure your IT department has whitelisted the FLUXO domain
- Prepare a strong password according to your organization policy
Steps to Login
- Open your workspace URL in a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).
- Enter your email address and temporary password or use SSO if enabled.
- Follow the prompts to set a new permanent password.
- Verify your account via the multi-factor authentication (MFA) step if required.
- Accept the terms of service to enter the dashboard.
Initial Profile Check
Once inside, click your avatar in the top right to verify your name, role, and assigned site scope. If any details are incorrect, contact your local administrator.
Common mistakes
- Using the wrong workspace URL (e.g., trying to log into the main company site instead of your tenant URL)
- Ignoring the MFA setup prompt, which may lock your account after a few attempts
- Operating on an unsupported browser version
