Administrators can now enable a per-entity toggle (Work Orders and Inspections) that keeps the built-in FLUXO form selectable even when custom Form Studio profiles exist. Users pick "Default form" from the same picker — no behavior change until an admin turns it on.

RUBI, the FLUXO AI assistant, is no longer a paid add-on. Every plan — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — now includes RUBI as a core capability, so all teams get AI-assisted answers about their assets, work orders, and inspections at no extra cost.

FLUXO plans are now a clean three-tier lineup. Core capabilities (including work order automation foundations and RUBI) ship on every tier; advanced modules are bundled by tier with clear Enterprise exclusives and optional Pro add-ons for Monitoring and Commissioning.

Workflow Builder now reacts to many more events across the platform: commissioning punch items, procurement, inspection findings, compliance CAPAs and controls, spare-parts stock levels, and maintenance plan schedules. Automate follow-ups the moment these records change.

The AI importer can now ingest contacts and personnel spreadsheets in addition to assets — same guided flow, automatic column mapping, and validation before anything is written.

A platform-wide UI standardisation pass brought consistent headers, spacing, and controls to more than 30 pages, plus commissioning UX improvements and SLA workflow scheduling under the hood.
