3 August 2026Billing, in your hands: see exactly what you pay for, change your plan, and manage your subscription from inside FLUXO
A Billing tab that shows your plan, your usage, and an itemised statement
Account now has a Billing tab that answers the questions you actually have: which plan you are on, how much of its included sites and users you are using, which paid modules make up your bill, and what your next renewal date is. An itemised statement breaks the total down line by line instead of showing a single figure, and a billing contact can be set so invoices reach the right person.
Change your plan or manage your subscription without contacting us
You can now preview and confirm a plan change from inside FLUXO, with the price difference shown before you commit, and open a secure billing portal to update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Upgrades apply to your existing subscription rather than starting a second one alongside it.
Pricing on our website now comes straight from the product catalogue
Plan and add-on prices shown on our websites are generated from the same catalogue the product bills from, instead of being maintained by hand in two places. What you see quoted is what you are charged.
v2.1.0
29 July 2026Report Composer exports now contain only real data
A focused programme went through Report Composer's PDF and Excel exports and removed every place where placeholder or sample values could reach a finished report. Exports now reflect your actual records, and a report that has nothing to show says so instead of inventing a plausible-looking figure.
v2.0.0
26 July 2026FLUXO 2.0: Strategy Management arrives, alongside skills, teams, and a platform-wide reliability and security pass
Strategy Management: put your maintenance strategy where the work happens
A new paid module for building and governing your maintenance strategy — a catalogue of strategies graded by the strength of their evidence, applied to many assets at once, version-pinned so a strategy in use cannot change under you, with adoption and effectiveness analytics. Source documents can be ingested directly, including scanned PDFs, with extracted content marked according to how well it could be verified against the original.
Security hardening across entitlements and tenant isolation
A review closed several paths where data could be reachable beyond its intended boundary, including an entitlements function that was callable more broadly than intended and a gap in asset visibility rules between sites. No evidence of customer data being accessed through these paths was found — this is proactive hardening, part of our ongoing review process.
v1.8.0
16 July 2026The biggest FLUXO release yet: Availability Reporting, redesigned forms, and a major reliability and security pass
Availability Reporting: know your real uptime, not just your ticket count
A new Availability tab turns logged downtime into capacity-weighted uptime and availability metrics per asset, site, and time period — the same lens used for OEE and reliability reporting in mature maintenance programs. Downtime automatically triggers workflows (e.g. notify a supervisor, open a follow-up work order), and every reporting period is captured as a snapshot so trends survive even as underlying data changes. Add it to your Report Composer dashboards alongside your other KPIs.
Forms Experience II: every entity form now runs on the same profile-driven engine
Work Orders, Inspections, and Assets now share one FormRenderer engine and a unified tab bar, so custom Form Studio profiles behave the same way everywhere instead of each entity having its own quirks. Admins can also hide specific built-in sections per profile — like planning helpers or the compliance permit selector — so a form shows exactly the fields a team needs and nothing else.
Security hardening: closed 17 unintended data-access paths
A platform-wide audit found and closed 17 database functions that were reachable without proper authorization due to a default-permission quirk in our infrastructure, plus tightened isolation on cost-tracking integrations to prevent any cross-tenant data leakage. No customer data was found to have been accessed through these paths — this is a proactive hardening pass, part of our ongoing security review process.
v1.6.0
2 July 2026Keep the built-in form available alongside Form Studio profiles
Administrators can now enable a per-entity toggle (Work Orders and Inspections) that keeps the built-in FLUXO form selectable even when custom Form Studio profiles exist. Users pick "Default form" from the same picker — no behavior change until an admin turns it on.
v1.5.0
30 June 2026RUBI AI assistant is now included in every plan
RUBI, the FLUXO AI assistant, is no longer a paid add-on. Every plan — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — now includes RUBI as a core capability, so all teams get AI-assisted answers about their assets, work orders, and inspections at no extra cost.
Simplified plan lineup: Basic, Pro, Enterprise
FLUXO plans are now a clean three-tier lineup. Core capabilities (including work order automation foundations and RUBI) ship on every tier; advanced modules are bundled by tier with clear Enterprise exclusives and optional Pro add-ons for Monitoring and Commissioning.
v1.4.0
30 June 202612 new workflow automation triggers
Workflow Builder now reacts to many more events across the platform: commissioning punch items, procurement, inspection findings, compliance CAPAs and controls, spare-parts stock levels, and maintenance plan schedules. Automate follow-ups the moment these records change.
AI-guided import now supports contacts and personnel
The AI importer can now ingest contacts and personnel spreadsheets in addition to assets — same guided flow, automatic column mapping, and validation before anything is written.
v1.3.0
23 June 2026Consistent look and feel across 30+ pages
A platform-wide UI standardisation pass brought consistent headers, spacing, and controls to more than 30 pages, plus commissioning UX improvements and SLA workflow scheduling under the hood.
