Troubleshooting: module access and entitlements
What to do when a module or feature is locked or missing from your workspace.

Before you start
- Review your subscription plan details
- Confirm that the module is enabled in Admin settings
Resolution Workflow
- Check Module Enablement: Go to Settings > Modules and ensure the toggle is "ON".
- Verify License Capacity: Some modules have limits on the number of managed assets or users.
- Review Role Permissions: Ensure the user's role includes the "Access" permission for the specific module.
- Contact Support: If the module appears locked but is included in your plan, reach out to the HTECH support team.
