Troubleshooting: module access and entitlements

Before you start

  • Review your subscription plan details
  • Confirm that the module is enabled in Admin settings

Resolution Workflow

  1. Check Module Enablement: Go to Settings > Modules and ensure the toggle is "ON".
  2. Verify License Capacity: Some modules have limits on the number of managed assets or users.
  3. Review Role Permissions: Ensure the user's role includes the "Access" permission for the specific module.
  4. Contact Support: If the module appears locked but is included in your plan, reach out to the HTECH support team.

  • Trying to access "Premium" modules on a "Basic" subscription plan
