What Makes Good Evidence
To ensure your operational ledger is defensible during an audit, follow these standards:
- Clarity: Photos must be clear and focused on the technical detail.
- Context: Use wide shots to show location and close-ups for the specific fault.
- Readings: Always capture the unit of measure (e.g., bar, PSI, °C).
- Signatures: Must be performed at the time of completion, never in bulk at the end of the week.
